Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Sturtle Security Pvt Ltd (“we,” “us” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of our training services.

2. Training Services

We provide a 1-Month Cyber Security Industrial Training program. We reserve the right to modify the curriculum or schedule with prior notice to ensure the best learning experience.

3. Payment and Refunds

• Fees: The training fee is currently ₹400 and must be paid in full before the commencement of the course.
• Non-Refundable: All fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in the event that Sturtle Security Pvt Ltd cancels the training program entirely.

4. Certification

Certificates of completion will be issued only to students who:

• Maintain at least 80% attendance.
• Successfully submit the Capstone Project.
• Pass the final assessment.

5. Intellectual Property

All training materials, including slides, code repositories, and recorded sessions, are the intellectual property of Sturtle Security Pvt Ltd. You are granted a limited license to use these materials for personal learning purposes only.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sturtle Security Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the services.
